Hosts list their property (walls, fences, storefronts, vehicles, rooftops, etc.). Advertisers browse available spots, book a time block, and display their ad. Ad Me manages the connection, payments, and scheduling.

Is Ad Me available nationwide?

We’re expanding quickly! You can sign up anywhere in the U.S. to be notified when your area opens, or list now if your city is supported.

For Hosts

Who can become a host?

Anyone who owns or controls a property that’s legally eligible for advertising — from homeowners and small businesses to vehicle owners and landlords.

What kind of spaces can I list?

Fences, windows, storefronts, rooftops, lawn signs, or even vehicles. If it’s visible and safe, you can probably list it.

How do I list my property?

Create a free account.
Upload photos, describe your space, and set your price and availability.
Wait for advertisers to book your space.

How do I get paid?

All payments are processed securely through Ad Me. After the advertising period starts, your payout is automatically deposited to your linked account.

Who removes the ad after it ends?

Hosts are responsible for ensuring ads are removed promptly once the paid time block expires, unless both parties agree to extend the booking.

Do I need permission to post ads?

Yes — hosts are responsible for making sure local laws or HOA rules allow advertising on their property.

Do I pay taxes on my earnings?

Yes. Ad Me will issue tax forms (such as a 1099-K) when required, but hosts are responsible for reporting income to the IRS or their local tax authority.

How do I start advertising?

Can I choose exactly what I advertise?

Yes, but you must confirm the ad content with your host before installation. Hosts have the right to approve or deny ads that don’t fit their property or community standards.

Who installs the ad?

Advertisers are responsible for preparing and installing their ads. Coordinate with the host ahead of time to plan logistics.

What happens when my time ends?

You’re responsible for removing your ad promptly unless you extend your booking.

Are there restrictions on ad content?

Yes. No illegal, adult, hateful, or misleading content is allowed. Ads must comply with local laws and Ad Me’s community standards.

Can I advertise in multiple locations?

Absolutely! Book as many spaces as you like — it’s an easy way to create a local campaign.
