Welcome to Ad Me (“we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Ad Me website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using Ad Me, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Platform Overview

Ad Me connects property owners (“Hosts”) who wish to offer advertising space on their property with advertisers (“Advertisers”) who wish to display ads in those spaces. Ad Me facilitates listings, bookings, and payments but does not directly own or manage any properties or advertisements.

2. User Responsibilities

For Hosts

  • Hosts are responsible for ensuring that they have the legal right to list and offer their property for advertising purposes.
  • Hosts must comply with all applicable local laws, ordinances, and property regulations.
  • Hosts are responsible for removing all advertisements promptly after the paid booking period expires.
  • Hosts agree to maintain a safe and appropriate environment for ad display as described in their listing.

For Advertisers

  • Advertisers are responsible for providing and installing their advertisement content (signs, materials, graphics, etc.).
  • Advertisers must ensure their ads comply with all applicable advertising standards, laws, and community guidelines.
  • Advertisers must coordinate with Hosts before the start of their booked time slot to ensure installation plans are clear and feasible.
  • Advertisers are responsible for ensuring their ad is ready and displayed before the scheduled time block begins.

3. Bookings and Payments

  • All bookings and payments are processed through the Ad Me Platform.
  • Prices, availability, and terms are set by Hosts.
  • Ad Me may charge service or transaction fees, disclosed at the time of booking.
  • Cancellations, refunds, or changes are subject to the cancellation policy stated in each listing.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for illegal, harmful, or misleading purposes.
  • Post, install, or approve any content that violates third-party rights or applicable laws.
  • Circumvent Ad Me’s payment or messaging systems.
  • Damage, disable, or interfere with the Platform’s functionality or security.

5. Disclaimers

Ad Me is a facilitator, not an owner or operator of any property or advertising space. We do not verify or guarantee the legality, safety, or quality of listings or advertisements. All arrangements between Hosts and Advertisers are made at their own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ad Me and its affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including disputes between Hosts and Advertisers.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ad Me, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims or damages arising out of your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your breach of applicable laws.

8. Modifications

Ad Me may update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on the Platform with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use after updates means you accept the new Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
